Mr. Ray is Production Manager for Stephens Energy.  He brings 28 years of experience to the role, starting his career with Stephens Production Company in 1992. He has served in positions of increasing responsibility, including roustabout, pipeline, pumping wells, meter technician, measurement/automation foreman, and production foreman.
